August is not about doing more. It’s about clearing—clearing the clutter of the mind, the static of comparison, the heaviness of unspoken grief or outdated goals.

August is a Portal Month

The energies are potent, sometimes intense, and profoundly revealing.

Lion’s Gate (8/8) opens a cosmic doorway to higher timelines and soul remembrance. The Full Moon in Capricorn brings the sobering gift of integrity and emotional responsibility. The New Moon in Leo dares us to reclaim our light, our radiance, our heart.

But none of this can land if we are full of what no longer serves.

Turbulence may arise—and when it does, may we see it not as punishment, but as a sacred teacher.

All disruption is information. All emotion is instruction.

The teacher planet brings old karmas, boundaries, and emotional maturity to the surface. These are sacred lessons—not punishments.

Energetic Support for August

Fast on Saturdays ( one of my favorite accelerated ways to realign with new energies is to fast with intention). Not putting extra energy in your container supports. I invite you to try this and see what reveals itself.

Chant: Om Sham Shanicharaya Namaha (108x) ~ use a mala and get into a trance like state of honor and reverence to the frequency of these words.

Volunteer: Spend time with elders or in service without expectation ~ this will align healthy ego, purify the heart, release attachment to outcome, build emotional maturity, clear karmic residue and debts and so much more.

Wisdom: Saturn teaches: Maturity is not the end of freedom. It’s the gateway to it.
